    • The ABC School of Real Estate offers the pre-licensing education required by the Oregon Real Estate Agency to do real estate business in the State of Oregon. Computerized coursework, via the internet, allows students to work independently and at their own pace. As a result, enrollment is accepted any time of the year, by appointment. There are no specific requirements for entry into this program. Coursework can be completed at the ABC School of Real Estate office on the computers provided, or through home study using your own internet connection.

    The ABC School of Real Estate pre-licensing coursework is comprised of seven modules: Law, Practice, Finance, Contracts, Agency, Management and Brokerage. Each category requires a specific number of hours for completion.

    To pass, the student must meet two requirements:
    1. Successfully complete each of the modules;
    2. Pass the final exam for each module with a score of 75% or better. Grading is pass/no pass

    State Licensing Requirements

    A Certificate of Completion shall be awarded to each student who completes all the required coursework.
