    • All new licensees in Oregon are required to take this course during their first renewal year. This is a 30 hour course and, if approved by their principal broker, can be used for all the continuing education hours needed for that year.

    Computerized coursework, via the internet, allows students to work independently and at their own pace. As a result, enrollment is accepted any time of the year, by appointment. There are no specific requirements for entry into this program. Coursework can be completed at the ABC School of Real Estate office on the computers provided, or through home study using your own internet connection.

    To pass, the student must meet two requirements:
    1. Successfully complete each of the modules;
    2. Pass the final exam for each module with a score of 75% or better. Grading is pass/no pass

    State Licensing Requirements

    A Certificate of Completion shall be awarded to each student who completes all the required coursework.
