The philosophy of the business is to match excellent agents with systems, support, and leads. We are incredibly selective about who we hire and have even have higher standards about who we retain. We focus on hiring individuals who are great communicators, have a heart to assist, and are focused on long-term relationships. Because the standards are so high Equity Realty makes an offer to less than 10% of the agents they interview. We want to be the best real estate company in Naples - not the biggest.

Tim Ryan started Equity Realty in 2012. Equity Realty is not a franchise but does have a satellite office in Ft Myers. In all, Equity Realty has 20+ agents in Naples and 10+ agents in Ft Myers.

Tim started with a small team in 2010 and worked diligently to make naplesguru.com an iconic site for buyers.

Personal Life

Tim has been married to his wife, Mary Sue, since 1999. They met in college as teens and now have five young children. They moved from the Philadelphia suburbs in in 2004 and have planted deep roots in the Naples community.
