After an August that saw 4 sales that totaled more than $3 million, Grey Oaks Country Club has reported that their year-to-date sales volume now exceeds a whopping $57 million. 

The luxury golf community also saw impressive buyer traffic as well, with 38 visitors in the month of August. The sales for this month included two gorgeous coach homes in Traditions at Grey Oaks, a homesite in Miramonte, and a brand-new, custom residence also in the same subdivision.

In 2012, Grey Oaks completed some 56 transactions, totaling $61,034,084, which represented a nearly 300% percent increase from the previous year. The community is well on track to beat that number by the end of 2013.

Bonita Lakes has officially broken ground on their brand-new community clubhouse, which will be constructed by the renowned builder Toll Brothers and completed by the end of the year. More than 50 residents participated in the ceremony, many bearing gold shovels, and enjoyed a community cookout afterwards.
