Bonita Lakes Breaks Ground On New Clubhouse

Bonita Lakes has officially broken ground on their brand-new community clubhouse, which will be constructed by the renowned builder Toll Brothers and completed by the end of the year. More than 50 residents participated in the ceremony, many bearing gold shovels, and enjoyed a community cookout afterwards.

Kevin Brown, assistant vice president of Toll Brothers’ Florida West Division, had high praises for the people of this Southwest Florida Community.

“Our residents are an integral part of what makes Toll Brothers’ communities special,” he said. “They appreciate being involved in the building process and celebrating exciting occasions with their neighbors.”

The clubhouse is slated to include countless amenities and activities for the residents of Bonita Lakes, including a large, resort-style swimming pool complete with a shallow splash zone and a marked lap lane, a high-end, Har-Tru bocce ball court, and multiple lighted Har-Tru tennis courts.

And the clubhouse isn’t all that’s being built in Bonita Lakes. More than 45 homes are currently under various stages of permitting and construction as the community rushes to keep up with its high sales since last year. When finished, 268 homes will rest on Bonita Lakes’ 112 acres of natural landscaping.

The homes in this elegant community come in varying sizes and prices to fit the needs of any buyer. From 2,058 to 4,354 square feet of air conditioned living space, Bonita Lakes’ homes come with a wide range of features and options to make your lifestyle as comfortable as possible. 10 of the homes boast a first-floor master suite, and every home offers multiple elevation options as well as an extensive list of in-home luxury options. Prices start at the low-$300s to just the mid-$500s.
