After an August that saw 4 sales that totaled more than $3 million, Grey Oaks Country Club has reported that their year-to-date sales volume now exceeds a whopping $57 million.
The luxury golf community also saw impressive buyer traffic as well, with 38 visitors in the month of August. The sales for this month included two gorgeous coach homes in Traditions at Grey Oaks, a homesite in Miramonte, and a brand-new, custom residence also in the same subdivision.
In 2012, Grey Oaks completed some 56 transactions, totaling $61,034,084, which represented a nearly 300% percent increase from the previous year. The community is well on track to beat that number by the end of 2013.
This heavy demand means that Traditions at Grey Oaks is starting to run low on available villa homesites, with just 9 buildable sites left. At completion of the subdivision, Traditions will be comprised of 60 coach homes and 63 beautiful single-family villas.
The villas feature four luxurious floor plans that range in size from 2,642 to 4,476 square feet in size, and are base-priced from the low-$700s: The Alegria, Bregante, Carillo, and Doral. Each home boasts stunningly designed and immaculately maintained landscaping that emphasizes the architecture of the exterior, as well as majestic, mahogany front doors. Completion of 5 brand-new, move-in-ready villas is scheduled to be completed in early 2014.
Two unfurnished Traditions coach homes are already available for immediate purchase and occupancy, and eleven more are available for pre-construction purchase – this option even allows buyers to make color and finish selections.
The Pinehurst first-floor plan, at 2,557 square feet, is a luxurious option for anyone looking for something spacious but cozy. With three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, this home is perfect for the whole family, and comes with a den and a large master suite. Two private, covered terraces will also give you unbeatable views of the surrounding Florida landscape, making The Pinehurst floor plan the total package for an ideal coastal lifestyle.
On the second floor, the larger 3,170 square foot Riviera floor plan grants you a private, two-car garage with dedicated golf cart parking area, as well as five incredible covered outdoor balconies. Covered ceilings, a spacious den, a formal dining room, and a gourmet island kitchen are just some of the fantastic features that these new coach homes have at Traditions at Grey Oaks.
