Exciting news in Naples! The debut of a famous Spanish restaurant chain on American soil will be in the Park Shore area. Construction for the Spain-based restaurant, Lamoraga, has already started and is expected to hire about 25 to 35 people for the restaurant.
The franchise owners discovered the restaurant when they visited Spain and absolutely loved the foods and the whole concept. Aside from Naples, the franchise owners are also planning to open branches in other locations all over Florida.
Charles Shumway, general manager of the project, said that the menus that will be offered in the Naples branch will be somehow similar to the original concept but with a slight variation.
The menu will be a combination of traditional delicacies of Spain, modern Spanish cuisines, with a touch of international gourmet cuisines. Some of the dishes mentioned are croquettes, carpaccio, beef burgers, pork sliders, and sashimi dishes.
Tapas are definitely part of the menu but the general manager emphasized that Lamoraga will not be only about tapas unlike other famous tapas restaurants in Naples. Compared to other tapas restaurants in the area, Lamoraga will be a larger dining area with a liquor bar.
Lamoraga will feature a large dining room with chef’s table that can accommodate 90 people, bar seating, and an open kitchen with table surrounding the open kitchen with 26 seating.
Lamoraga will present not only the best Spanish and international cuisines but they also plan to provide diners a new dining experience that made the restaurant famous in their country.
