The Torino neighborhood, being among the last parcels of land to be developed in the community, provides the final chance for investors to own a piece of recently constructed villa homes in the Grey Oaks Country Club.

Torino, which is approaching build-out fast, will include, once completed, 54 high-end villas on the brick-lined streets. Halstatt Partnership and CC Homes are the contractors tasked with developing Torino. Halstatt Partnership is based out of Naples and is the company that developed Grey Oaks Country Club. It is owned by Sproul family. CC Homes, on the other hand, is a property investment and development company based out of Coral Gables, Florida.

Doc Ford's Rum Bar and Grill Coming to Naples, Florida.Doc Ford’s Rum Bar & Grille has opened their third location in Captiva just last year. Now, it is contemplating to open Doc Ford’s in Naples area within the year. The owners, White, Marinello and Harrity, love Naples area and see the idea of Doc Ford’s and Naples a perfect marriage.

Doc Ford’s currently have three branches. There is one in Sanibel, which opened in 2003. The second was opened in 2009 in Fort Myers Beach. The most current was in Captiva built in 2013. Aside from Naples, the trio is looking at possible expansions at Sarasota and Key West.

Exciting news in Naples! The debut of a famous Spanish restaurant chain on American soil will be in the Park Shore area. Construction for the Spain-based restaurant, Lamoraga, has already started and is expected to hire about 25 to 35 people for the restaurant.

The franchise owners discovered the restaurant when they visited Spain and absolutely loved the foods and the whole concept. Aside from Naples, the franchise owners are also planning to open branches in other locations all over Florida.

Charles Shumway, general manager of the project, said that the menus that will be offered in the Naples branch will be somehow similar to the original concept but with a slight variation.
