Naples Bundled Golf

As real estate agents in Naples one of the questions we get asked most frequently is, 'What is a bundled golf community?'. Essentially, bundled golf  is best described as ownership of a home or condo in a community where golf is offered at no additional cost per round. So, you can almost think of it as free golf once your dues are paid and the golfing privileges come 'bundled' with the deed to your property (most of the time). Generally, there is a reasonable master association fee due and the golf privileges are included. Though there are no green fees, players will mostly be required to pay a cart fee. There is also instances when there is a minimum annual dining fee at the clubhouse.

One important point owners should be aware of - if you purchase in a bundled golf community you will likely be required to pay dues for the golf membership. Again, this is a great value for a golfer but not someone that might not be in a position for an owner cannot take advantage. Bundled golf in Naples is considered good golf and offers great value for the cost. However, for the serious golfer, most would consider an 'equity membership' at one of the luxury golf course communities.
