Why Join Eagle Creek?

Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club is a private community located on 300 acres of natural beauty in Naples. With just 458 total residences and all the amenities of a much larger community, it is unique in what it offers to homeowners and members.
Located just minutes from Route I-75, Downtown Naples and Marco Island, the community boasts an 18-hole Championship Golf Course and a Tennis and Sports Complex featuring Har-Tru Tennis Courts as well as Har-Tru Bocce Courts, a Junior Olympic sized pool with men’s and women’s locker rooms, Tennis Pro Shop and Fitness Center that offers classes in aerobics, water aerobics and yoga.
The Clubhouse was completely renovated in 2007 and features a number of dining options from casual meals to fine dining in the Club’s restaurant, The Grille Room. There is also a casual dining option at the Crystal Lake Café located poolside.
Eagle Creek Golf Course has repeatedly won local and national awards for beauty and maintenance of its grounds and common areas. The course winds through 300 wooded acres of cypress, pine and palm trees. The five sets of tees provide golfers of every level the chance to test their game.
Eagle Creek homeowners are required to have either a Golf Equity Membership or a Social Equity Membership. There are also a limited number of Non-Resident Golf Equity Memberships available. For a limited time, Eagle Creek is offering Introductory Golf Memberships.

Resident Social Equity Membership:

Eagle Creek has wonderful amenities for resident social equity members! As a social member, you will be granted access and use of the following:

Social Equity Membership Fees:

  • $25,000 one-time fee gives you 50% equity ($12,500 refundable equity)
  • Social Membership Dues per year are $4,823.00 plus tax
  • Social Member Capital Fee of $1000.00 per year billed quarterly
  • Clubhouse Renovation Fee of $720.00 per year billed quarterly (depending on seller's payment plan. Through duration of loan.)
  • Food and beverage minimum of $1,200.00 per year applies to the social member.

Eagle Creek Resident Golf Membership:

Being an Eagle Creek resident golf member provides you with access to one of Naples’ premier golf courses year-round! Resident Golf Equity Members have access to and use of all Eagle Creek facilities:

  • 18 hole, Par 72 Championship Golf Course
  • Golf Pro Shop
  • Men’s / Ladies’ Locker Rooms
  • Online Tee-Time Reservation System
  • Ability to play in all special golf events including Club Championships
  • Reciprocal Golf & Dining Program May 1 – Oct. 31

Resident Golf Equity Membership Fees:

1) You can opt for the $50,000 one-time fee, giving you 50% equity ($25,000 refundable equity)
OR
2) You can select the $35,000 one-time fee, giving you $100 refundable equity.

  • Golf Membership Dues per year are $7,301.00 plus tax
  • Golf Membership Capital Fee $1200.00 per year billed quarterly
  • Golf Course Renovation Fee $420.00 per year billed quarterly.
  • Food and Beverage minimum of $1,200.00 per year
  • Clubhouse Renovation Fee of $720.00 per year billed quarterly.
  • (Depending on seller’s repayment plan. Through duration of loan.)

Eagle Creek Non-Resident Membership Options:


Eagle Creek is happy to offer two different non-resident golf memberships to those who do not live in Eagle Creek but would like to have full golfing privileges! Both memberships have reciprocal privileges with 20+ golf & country clubs in the Naples area!
Non-Resident Golf Equity Members have access to and use of all Eagle Creek facilities:

  • Ability to play in all special golf events including Club Championships

Non-Resident Golf Membership Fees:

  • One-time Initiation Fee of $15,000 gives you $100 in refundable equity.
  • Golf Membership Dues per year are $7,301.00 plus tax
  • Food and beverage minimum of $1,200.00 per year
  • Golf Membership Capital Fee $1200.00 per year billed quarterly

12 Month Introductory "Try-Us-Out" Non-Resident Gold Membership:

A one-time $5,000+ tax fee gives you a 12 month non-refundable golf membership. If you choose to become a "non-resident golf member" this $5,000 fee is deducted from the initial golf equity fee of $15,000. This opportunity is non-renewable and not available to former members or renters. Dues, Fees and the $1,200 food and beverage minimum do not apply to this membership.

  • After 3pm during season with your own walking cart FREE

  • GHIN Handicap Fee: $12.50

Family guest cart, green & walking fees

  • Family guest green fee with cart in season (Nov-Apr):18 holes $62.00 or 9 holes $33.00
  • Family Guest green fee with cart off season (May-Oct): 18 holes $52.00 or $28.00 for 9 holes
  • Family Guest green fee with walking cart in season (Nov-Apr): 18 holes $59.00 or $30.00 for 9 holes
  • Family Guest green fee with walking cart off season (May-Oct): 18 holes $49.00 or $25.00 for 9 holes

Guest cart, green & walking fees

  • Guest green fee with cart in season (Nov-Apr) 18 holes $92.00 or $53.00 for 9 holes
  • Guest green fee with cart off season (May-Oct) 18 holes $62.00 or $33.00 for 9 holes
  • Guest green fee with walking cart in season (Nov-Apr): 18 holes $89.00 or 9 holes $50.00

Golf Locker & Storage Options

  • Full locker: $210.00 plus sales tax annually
  • Half locker: $105.00 plus tax annually
  • Single Bag Storage: $95.00 plus sales tax annually

Hole in one Club:
All golf members are automatically signed up for Hole in One Club (HIO). When a member in the "HIO" Club gets a Hole in One, all "HIO Club" members are charged $5.00 and those "HIO" members at the club receive a free drink. The drinks are deducted from the winnings and the remainder of money is credited to the winners account.
